Dane represents independent film producers, artists, production companies, on screen talent, and other individual and corporate creative industry clients in entertainment and business transactions. He provides creative clients both full service legal representation and experienced creative perspective, handling transactions from concept development through delivery of the final project. Dane advises on, structures, and negotiates the organization of new business entities, rights acquisition agreements, film production agreements, creative services agreements, digital media agreements, and a variety of other transactions. He also counsels clients on choosing, searching, registering, and enforcing trademarks in the US and internationally.
